From blank shirt to full campaign — Black Forest Run Club

Started with a plain white t-shirt product photo, no lifestyle shots, no campaign assets. Placed the design onto the shirt and built out a full set of usable creative — hanging on a rack, outdoor lifestyle shots, clean product flats — all from one flat image. No physical shoot, no models booked, delivered in a fraction of the time a real shoot would take.
